Welcome to Project HOPE’s website, a resource for Northeastern New York’s Gay, Lesbian, Transgender, Bisexual, Queer, Questioning (or whatever-other-letter-you-might-identify-as) community. Our site is specifically designed to be useful to LGBT individuals and to provide the community with the information we need to stay healthy and informed when it comes to sex!
Here you can find all types of information from info on HIV/AIDS and other STDs to how to use a condom or where to get tested, or even information on anonymous Partner Notification Services should anything, uh, you know, “pop up” down there (or elsewhere) and you’re not really looking forward to “making that call” by yourself.
You can count on us to tell it like it is and be there for you should you need help navigating anything to do with LGBT sexual health and if we can’t help with something in particular, we know people who can! So whether you’re new to this whole thing, or you consider yourself an old pro, make sure you know your shit if you’re going to join the games. Remember, even gladiators don’t go into the ring unprotected, so shield yourself.
