There are multiple options for treatment for STD infection. Some people choose their primary care physicians, some an emergency facility and still others choose clinics like Planned Parenthood.

All of those options can potentially cost money. As a FREE alternative, you may prefer the STD Clinic in your county. These clinics provide sometimes free or sliding fee confidential STD screening and treatment.
